The simple order or purchase of this spare part is not sufficient. The radio key must also be programmed to the Segway serial number of your Segway PT to operate the Segway PT. Each InfoKey can only start one special Segway PT!

We will arrange the programming for you, but we need the correct serial number of your Segway PT for this.

This number is used to verify that the Segway PT has been legally purchased. By following this procedure, you can be sure that no one will be able to make a duplicate key for your Segway PT.

After the test, the Infokey will be programmed for you. This process unfortunately takes a few days, so we can only do this after consultation and testing.

For this reason it is important to always keep the second Infokey in a safe place. If an Infokey controller is defective, you will not be able to use your Segway until a new key has been programmed.
